Deactivate/Activate an IdP

Prerequisites

Roles required to deactivate/activate IdP:
  1. Organization Owner/ Admin
  2. Security Admin role

To deactivate/activate IdP:

  1. Sign in to Zoho Directory, then click ADMIN PANEL in the left menu.
  2. Click SECURITY on the left, then go to Identity Providers tab.
  3. Click the IdP you want to deactivate, click the  icon, then click Deactivate. You may be asked to verify your identity by re-authenticating yourself.
  4. Confirm your action by clicking Deactivate again. 
  5. To activate an IdP, click the IdP you want to activate, click the  icon, then click Activate.
