Sign in to Zoho Directory, then click ADMIN PANEL in the left menu.
Click SECURITY on the left, then go to the Routing Policies tab.
Click Add Policy.
Enter a name for your policy, then select the members you want to apply the policy to.
Select the priority of this policy with other routing policies.
Click Next.
Select the Authentication Modes that members belonging to this policy should be allowed to use. The available modes are:
Password: Users can sign in using their account password.
Passwordless: Users can skip their password and sign in using OneAuth, Email-based OTP, and more.
Social sign-in: Users can sign in using their preferred third-party online accounts.
Identity
providers: Users can sign in with single sign-on configured with IdP
that supports SAML, JWT, and OIDC protocol. You'll be able to select IdPs
you've already added, or add a new IdP.
Click Next.
Set Session Settings. The available settings are:
Session lifetime: The amount of time users can stay signed in at a time.
Idle session timeout: The amount of time users can stay signed in without actively using their account.
