Prerequisites

1. Organization Owner/ Admin
   
2. Security Admin role
   

To delete routing policy:

1. Sign in to Zoho Directory, then click ADMIN PANEL in the left menu.
   
2. Click SECURITY on the left, then go to Routing Policies tab.
   
3. Click on the policy you want to delete, click the icon, then click Delete. You may be asked to verify your identity by re-authenticating yourself.
4. Confirm your action by clicking Delete again. 

When a routing policy is deleted, the users the policy was applied to will be assigned to a different policy. Users who aren't part of any other groups to which a routing policy is applied to will be made to use the default policy. This action is irreversible.
