Deactivate/Activate an IdP

Prerequisites

Roles required to deactivate/activate IdP:
  1. Organization Owner/ Admin
  2. Security Admin role

To deactivate/activate IdP:

  1. Sign in to Zoho Directory, then click Admin Panel.
  2. Click Security on the left menu.
  3. Select Routing Policies, then go to the Identity Providers tab.
  4. Click the IdP you want to deactivate, click the Meatball menu  , then click Deactivate. You may be asked to verify your identity by re-authenticating yourself. 
  5. Confirm your action by clicking Deactivate again. 
  6. You can activate the IdP again by clicking on the IdP, then clicking Activate.
