Deactivate/Activate an IdP

  1. Sign in to Zoho Directory, then click ADMIN PANEL in the left menu.
  2. Go to the SECURITY tab, then go to Identity Providers.
  3. Click the IdP you want to deactivate, click the  icon, then click Deactivate.
  4. Confirm your action by clicking Deactivate again. You may be asked to verify your identity by re-authenticating yourself.
  5. To activate an IdP, click the IdP you want to activate, click the  icon, then click Activate.
