Configure lock period settings

Pre-requisites:

  1. Org owner
  2. Org admin

To access and impose lock period settings: 

  1. Log in to Zoho Directory, then click Admin Panel.
  2. Go to Security from the left menu.
  3. Click open a security policy. If there isn't one added, learn how to add a security policy here.
  4. Navigate to Advanced Settings from its top menu, where you can find the Lock Period Settings.
Set Monitoring PeriodMax Number of Invalid Sign-ins, and Lock Period by selecting a desired option from each of the respective dropdowns. Get to know the definitions of these parameters here.
