Roles required to perform this action:

Organization Owner

Cancel subscription

Click your account icon in the top-right corner to reveal the sidebar.

Under Subscription, click Manage.

Click Cancel Subscription.
The cancel subscription button

Enter the reason for canceling the subscription, then click MOVE TO FREE EDITION.

Note: To cancel the subscription immediately, uncheck Downgrade automatically at the end of current billing cycle.
