Cancel subscription

Info: If your purchase was made offline, contact sales@zohocorp.com to change the plan, or move to an online subscription.

Prerequisites

Roles required to perform this action:
  1. Organization Owner

Cancel subscription

  • Sign in to Zoho Directory .
  • Click your account icon in the top-right corner to reveal the sidebar.
  • Under Subscription, click Manage.

  • Click Cancel Subscription.

  • Enter the reason for canceling the subscription, then click MOVE TO FREE EDITION.
  • Note: To cancel the subscription immediately, uncheck Downgrade automatically at the end of current billing cycle.
