Roles required to perform this action:
Organization Owner
Cancel subscription
Sign in to
Zoho Directory
.
Click your account icon in the top-right corner to reveal the sidebar.
Under
Subscription
, click
Manage
.
Click
Cancel Subscription
.
Enter the reason for canceling the subscription, then click
MOVE TO FREE EDITION
.
Note: To cancel the subscription immediately, uncheck
Downgrade automatically at the end of current billing cycle
