Change payment method

Change payment method

  1. Sign in to Zoho One.

  1. Click your account icon in the top-right corner to reveal the sidebar.

  1. Under Subscription, click Manage.

 

 

  1. Under Payment Method, click Change Payment Method.

 

 

 

  1. By default, you will land in the Credit card option. You can also toggle to the PayPal method if you want.

  1. If you continue with Credit card:

  1. Enter your card/UPI details. To confirm, click Update.

  1. A success message indicating the update of the payment method appears. Click OK.

 

 

Note: Only customers using INR are eligible for the UPI option. There will be an additional step for UPI, during which a Razorpay widget will open. To change the payment method, you must enter your UPI information here, and an authorization charge will be applied based on the geographical region from where you carry out this transaction.

  1. If you choose PayPal:

  1. Click Continue. You will be taken to the PayPal login page.

  1. Sign in if you're already part of PayPal. If not, create a new account and sign in.

  1. Select your own payment mode from the choices displayed.

  • If you select Credit Union 1, click Save and Continue. You can also add a debit or credit card as per your choice.

  • If you select PayPal Credit, click Continue to Application. You can check your billing address and update it if needed. Click Continue to proceed to provide your personal info and learn the terms. After filling out all the required details, a success message confirming the update of the payment method appears.

  1. If you choose Razorpay recurring method:

  1. Click Change Payment Method.

  1. Select Recurring Payment.

  1. Select either Credit Card or UPI.

  1. Click Update.

  1. You will be directed to the Razorpay payment gateway.

  1. If you selected Credit card, enter the card details which include the card number, expiry date, card holder's name and CVV.

  1. If you selected UPI, enter the UPI Id or mobile number (check the box: securely save your upi information). You can also pay by scanning the QR code displayed on any of your mobile UPI app

  1. Click Pay Now. The method gets successfully updated.

  1. If you choose Debit Card/Credit Card/Netbanking/Wallet/UPI:

    You can select any of the payment methods displayed and proceed to pay the authorization charge. The method used for this will get updated as the default payment method from now on.

 

  1. If you choose Zoho Subscription Balance:

Paystack gateway is specific to Nigeria and South Africa.

 

 

There are three ways you can pay with in this gateway, namely Card, Transfer and USSD.

Upon selecting Card:

 

  1. For INR customers, the below screen appears upon clicking Change Payment Method.

                  

                 

  1. Select a payment method.

  1. If you select Recurring Payment, choose either credit card or UPI and click Update.

    1. If you select Credit card, enter the card details which include the card number, expiry date, card holder's name and CVV.

    1. If you select UPI, enter the UPI Id or mobile number (check the box-securely save your UPI information). You can also pay by scanning the QR code displayed on any of your mobile UPI app.

    1. Edit your contact details if you need to.

    1. Click Pay Now. An authorization charge of 1 INR will be collected.

    1. Now the method gets updated to Razorpay from now on.

                 

                    

     b.  If you select Debit Card/Credit Card/Netbanking/Wallet/UPI and click Update, you can opt any payment mode from the shown list, which consists of Card, UPI/QR, Netbanking, Wallet, and Pay Later. After you choose a method, authenticate the authorization charge by entering the details asked for and clicking Pay Now.


 
                 


     c. If you select Zoho Subscription Balance and click Update, the payment method gets updated and from now on, you can add funds to this balance, which you can use to make payment further on.
