Delete Zoho Directory account

Prerequisites

Roles required to perform this action:
  1. Organization Owner

Delete Zoho Directory account

  1. Sign in to Zoho Directory .
  2. Cancel your Zoho Directory subscription.
  3. Click your account icon in the top-right corner to reveal the sidebar.
  4. Click Delete Account.

  5. Enter your account password and the reason for terminating the account.
  6. Click Delete my Zoho Directory account.
