Zoho Directory

Adobe

1. Permissions required: System Administrator
   
2. Supported plans: Adobe Enterprise plans

Configure SAML

1. Sign in to your Adobe Admin Console.
   
2. Click Settings from the top panel, then click Identity settings.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Create directory. Enter a name, choose Federated ID, then click Next.
   
4. Click Other SAML Providers, then click Next.
   
5. Copy the alias from the last part of the ACS URL.
   
   
   
   
6. Open a new browser tab and sign in to Zoho Directory, then click ADMIN PANEL in the left menu.
   
7. Go to Applications, then click Add Application.
   
8. Use the search bar to find Adobe, and click Add. 
   
   
   
   
9. Name your app and paste the alias copied from Adobe. 
   
   

   Your Alias is the last part of your ACS URL from the directory you created in Adobe. For example, if your URL is https://federated.adobe.com/federated/SSO/alias/74fhhcjce-49db-43d8-b51d-62fe3aba1c43, then your Alias will be "74fhhcjce-49db-43d8-b51d-62fe3aba1c43".
   
   
10. If you want to test the SAML configuration before allowing users to access Adobe, uncheck Display app to users. You can later make the app visible to all users.
    
11. Click Add.
    

Configure SSO

1. Click the Single Sign-On tab.
   
2. Click Service Provider Details to check and verify the SP details. You can also edit them if needed.
   
3. Click Identity Provider Details, then download the Metadata.
   
   
   
   
4. Return to Adobe Admin Console.
   
5. Upload the Metadata which was previously downloaded from Zoho Directory to set up the IDP.
   
6. Click Next. You need to map the listed attributes with Zoho Directory attributes.
   
   
   
   
7. Now return to Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
   
8. Go to the Server Provider Details, in the Attribute Mapping section, map the attributes of Adobe with the attributes of Zoho Directory. Click Save.
   
9. Now in Adobe Admin Console, Click Next.
   
10. Click Done, the IdP set up is completed.
    

Configure domain

1. Sign in to Adobe admin console.
   
2. Go to the Domains tab, then click Add domain.
   
3. Select Add domain via DNS proof method, then click Next.
   
4. Enter your domain name. Additionally, you can type or paste up to 15 domains at a time.
   
5. Click Add. 
   
   
   

   To validate, Adobe uses a special DNS record to confirm that you own the domain you add.
   
   
6. Add the DNS record shown in the screen to your domain's DNS Manager, then click Validate. Validation may take some time; please check that the domain is validated before proceeding to test the SAML connection.

Test the SAML connection

1. Return to Zoho Directory, then click ADMIN PANEL.
   
2. Go to Applications, then click Adobe.
   
3. Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign.
   
4. Click . If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to Adobe's homepage.

Make app visible to all users

1. After successfully testing the SSO, you can make Adobe available for all users from their My Apps pages.
   
2. Sign in to the Zoho Directory, then click ADMIN PANEL.
3. Go to Applications, then click Adobe.
   
4. Click Unhide. Users can now access Adobe from Zoho Directory's My Apps page.
