Prerequisites
A ContractSafe Enterprise account with Admin or Account Manager access.

Configure SAML in Zoho One/Directory

1. Sign into Zoho One , click Directory on the left menu.
2. Go to Marketplace and click Browse Applications.
3. Use the search bar to find and install ContractSafe.
   
   

1. Sign into Zoho Directory , click Admin Panel on the left menu.
   
2. Go to Applications and click Add Application.
3. Use the search bar to find and add ContractSafe.
   
   

3. Name your app and enter your Account ID.

Note: To find your Account ID, sign in to your ContractSafe account and follow the steps to configure SAML, then copy the Account ID which is a part of Saml2 Single Sign-On URL(ACS) and replace the dummy ID in the Service Provider Details section in Zoho Directory. The URL pattern to find the Account ID portion will be as follows: 
https://app.contractsafe.com/saml2_auth/<ACCOUNTID>/acs/.

Configure SAML in ContractSafe

1. Sign into ContractSafe as an administrator.
   
2. From the Dashboard, click the user account icon in the top-right corner and select Settings.
3. Click Security & Integrations.
4. In the Security and Integrations pop-up window, enable the Single Sign-On option using the toggle button
5. Enter the email address as the value in the Email Identifier Name field.
6. In the Identity Provider Metadata field, click Upload SAML Metadata file and upload your downloaded metadata XML file.
7. Click Save Changes.

Test the SAML connection

1. Return to the Admin Panel.
   
2. Go to Applications and click ContractSafe.
3. Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, and click Assign.
4. Click  icon next to the apps name. If everything is working, you will be automatically signed in and taken to the ContractSafe homepage.
5. After successfully testing the connection, you can assign the app and make it available to all users on the My Apps pages in ContractSafe.
