Zoho Directory

1. Permission required: Organization Owner/Admin
   

Configure SSO

1. Sign in to Zoho Directory, then click ADMIN PANEL in the left menu.
   
2. Go to Applications, then click Add Application.
   
3. Use the search bar to find Demandbase, and click Add.
   
4. Name your app.
   
5. If you want to test the SAML configuration before allowing users to access Demandbase, uncheck Display app to users. You can later make the app visible to all users.
   
6. Click Add.
   
7. Click the Single Sign-On tab.
   
8. Click Identity Provider Details, then copy the Issuer, Sign-in URL to set up the configuration in Demandbase. Download the X.509 Certificate.
   
   
   
   
   

Configure SAML

1. Open a new browser tab and sign in to your Demandbase Admin Console.
   
2. Go to Settings in the left navigation menu.
   
3. Search and click Identity Providers under the User Management section.
   
4. Click Create New. 
   
   
   
   
5. Enter a name for your Identity Provider. Click Next.
   
6. Under SAML Protocol, paste the copied Issuer, Sign-in URL on the IDP Issuer URI, IDP Single Sign-On URL fields respectively.
   
7. Browse and upload the X.509 Certificate downloaded from Zoho Directory in IDP Signature Certificate field.
   
8. On the User setup page, select the domains whose users should be redirected to Zoho Directory for authentication in the Set Email Domains field.
   
9. Use the Manually Add Users field to add users other than those from the selected domains. If required, exclude users using the Exclude Users field.
   
10. Click Next.
    
    
    
    
11. On the Review IDP page, ensure all details are accurate.
    
12. Click Create New IDP.
    
    
    
    
13. Copy the Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL, Audience URI, Relay State URL links.
    
    
    
    
14. Go back to Zoho Directory Admin Panel, navigate to the Service Provider Details tab in Demandbase app and paste the copied Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL, Audience URI, Relay State URL links it in Assertion Consumer Service URL, Issuer, Relay State fields respectively.
    

Test the SAML connection

1. Go to Applications, then click Demandbase.
   
2. Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign.
   
3. Click the  next to the app's name. If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to Demandbase's homepage.
   
   
   

Make app visible to all users

1. Sign in to the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
   
2. Go to Applications, then click Demandbase.
   
3. Click Unhide.
   
   
   
   
4. You can now access Demandbase from Zoho Directory's My Apps page.
