PerformYard for Zoho Directory
Prerequisite
- PerformYard administrator account with SAML SSO enabled.
Configure SAML in Zoho One/Directory
- If you're a Zoho One user:
- Sign in to Zoho One
, then click Directory in the left menu.
- Go to Marketplace, then click Browse Applications.
- Use the search bar to find and install PerformYard.
- If you're a Zoho Directory user:
- Sign in to Zoho Directory
- Go to Applications, then click Add Application.
- Use the search bar to find and add PerformYard.
- Name your app and enter Account ID.
Note: You can find your Account ID in your PerformYard account by clicking Administration. Click Authentication. Your Account ID will be a part of the PerformYard Entity ID as follows: https://talent.performyard.com/saml/account id/metadata/ - Click Add.
- Click the Single Sign-On tab.
- Click Service Provider Details to check and verify the SP details. You can also edit them if needed.
- Click Identity Provider Details, then copy the Issuer, the Sign-in URL, and the X.509 Certificate.
Configure SAML in PerformYard
- Sign in to PerformYard as an administrator.
- Click Administration.
- Click Authentication, then click SAML settings.
- Click Add SAML Object.
- In the Label field, enter "Zoho Directory".
- Paste the copied Issuer, the Sign-in URL, and the X.509 Certificate in the Entity ID, the Single Sign On URL, and the x509cert fields respectively.
- Click Add SAML Object.
- Enable the configured SAML provider, "Zoho Directory".
Test the SAML connection
- Return to the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
- Go to Applications, then click PerformYard.
- Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign.
- Click on the
icon next to the app's name. If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to PerformYard's homepage.
