Just-in-time provisioning

Just-in-time (JIT) provisioning creates an Aha! account for users during their first SSO attempt, so you don't have to do it manually for each user. Aha! enables JIT automatically while configuring SAML. The provisioned accounts are created with no access and no assigned role. The admin has to assign roles and access permissions manually after provisioning.

Test the SAML connection
  1. Return to the Zoho One or Zoho Directory Admin Panel.

  1. Go to Applications, then click Aha!.

  1. Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign.

  1. Click the icon. If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to Aha!'s homepage.

Make app visible to all users

After successfully testing the SSO, you can make Aha! available for all users to access from their My Apps page.

To make Aha! visible to all users:

  1. Sign in to the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.

  1. Go to Applications, then click Aha!.

  1. Click Unhide.

  1. You can now access Aha! from Zoho Directory's My Apps page.
