Login screen remains unchanged even after "Zoho Directory" agent installation

Description

You may encounter this issue when you log out after installing a compatible Zoho Directory agent. This issue is specific to macOS users.

Reason

Either of the following could be the reason for this issue:
  1. The device may not be enrolled in Zoho Directory. This can be checked at the Device Management tab's list of enrolled devices. This could be due to poor network connection during agent installation.
  2. The device may already be under the management of a different directory service. The login screen formatted by that particular service is set. The presence of such an external device authentication software in the device hampers the action of the installed Zoho Directory agent. 

Solution

  1. Make sure your network connection is active during device authentication. If there is no issue with the network and the login screen still remains unchanged, write to support@zohodirectory.com.
  2. When a different directory service is already in force, unbind your device from that directory, then authenticate it with Zoho Directory.
