If you are a Zoho One user and still received a trial expiration notification from Zoho Flow, here's why that happened.
You can access Flow in two ways: Either by directly signing up for Flow, or through your existing Zoho One account.
If you directly sign up for a Flow account (even while having a Zoho One account), a 15-day free trial period will begin as soon as you create an organization through this account. When this trial period expires, you're moved to the free plan, where you will have access to a smaller number of flows and tasks in comparison to Zoho One's licensing terms. This happens because the organization is not mapped to your Zoho One account, and therefore is considered a standalone Flow account.
To solve this and access Flow through Zoho One, you need to explicitly add Flow to your list of applications in Zoho One.
Let's consider a scenario where you are a part of four organizations in Flow, and you want to access one of them through your Zoho One account. Here is a quick guide to help you through this process.
Steps to map Zoho Flow Organization to Zoho One Account
Case 1: You have not accessed any other application through Zoho One.
You'll automatically be prompted to map any one of your Flow organizations.
Choose the organization that you want to access through Zoho One, and you're done.
Case 2: You already have other applications mapped to your Zoho One Account.
1. In the Applications tab click the Add icon.
2. Find Flow in the list applications, then add it.
3. Select the Flow organization that you would like to associate with your Zoho One account, then click Next.
Note: If you have only one Flow organization, it will automatically be linked to your Zoho One account when you add Flow.
4. You'll be asked to confirm your action. Click Yes, Associate.
With this, you will have successfully mapped Flow to your Zoho One account. You will now be able to view your Flow organization details from within Zoho One; Enterprise plan task limits will apply based on number of users purchased.
