What is RingCentral?  

RingCentral is a cloud-based communication platform that helps businesses serve their customers more effectively. It offers all-in-one features such as cloud phone, video conferencing, team messaging, contact centre capabilities, and more.

How to connect your RingCentral account to Zoho Flow

  1.  Select the required trigger and click Next.
  2. If there are no other RingCentral connections in your account, click Connect.



    Alternatively, you can create a new connection by navigating to Settings, then clicking Connections. Click Create connection and choose RingCentral.
  3. Enter a connection name and click Authorize.
  4. Enter the credentials of your RingCentral account in the pop-up and click Next.
