Installing the Zoho Flow Plugin in WordPress
- Log in to your WordPress account.On the left panel, navigate to Plugins. Then, click Add new.
- Search for Zoho Flow and click Install now.
Alternatively, download the Zoho Flow plugin. Then, use the WordPress built-in Plugin installer, or extract the contents into the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation.
- Once installed, activate the plugin from the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
Creating a connection in Zoho Flow
- Select the required trigger or action. If you select a trigger, click Next.
- If there are no existing WPForms connections in your account, click Connect. Otherwise, click New.

Alternatively, you can create a new connection by navigating to Settings, then Connections. Click Create connection and choose WPForms.
- Enter a connection name.
- You will need the API key, as well as the Base URL of your WordPress website to proceed.
Finding the API key
- Log in to your WordPress account.
- Navigate to Zoho Flow on the sidebar menu.
- Then click WPForms, and then API key.


- Copy the key and paste it into the API key field in Zoho Flow.
Note: If you do not have the Zoho Flow plugin installed, navigate to Plugins > Add new. Search for Zoho Flow and click Install now. Continue to step 2.
Finding your WordPress website's Base URL
- In a new browser tab, log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
- In your WP Admin dashboard, navigate to Settings > General > Site address (URL).
- Copy the URL (without the '/' slash at the end, if it is there) and paste it into the Base URL field in Zoho Flow.
- Click Authorize.
