What is Zoho One?
Zoho One is an all-in-one business management software designed for sales, marketing, accounting, project management, and more.
How to connect your Zoho One account to Zoho Flow
- Select the required trigger or action and click Next.
- If there are no existing Zoho One connections in your account, click Connect. Otherwise, click +New.

Alternatively, navigate to settings, select Connections, click Create Connection, and choose Zoho One. - Enter the connection name and click Authorize.

- Click Accept to allow Zoho Flow to access your account.

Triggers
User activated
Initiate a flow whenever a user is activated in Zoho One. Use filter criteria to trigger only when a specific user or type of user is activated.
User added to group
Initiate a flow whenever a user is added to a group in Zoho One. Configure the trigger to activate only when users are added to a specific group.
User created
Initiate a flow whenever a user is added to Zoho One. Trigger for all users by default or for specific users based on criteria.
User deactivated
Initiate a flow whenever the admin deactivates a user from Zoho One. Trigger for all users by default or for specific users based on criteria.
User removed from group
Initiate a flow whenever a user is removed from a group in Zoho One. Configure the trigger to activate only when users are removed from a specific group.
User updated
Detect any change in the personal details of the user in Zoho One. Trigger for all users by default or for specific users based on criteria.
Actions
Activate user
Activate a user who has been deactivated from the organization in Zoho One. Requires the Organization ID and User ID of the user.
Update user
Update the personal details of a user in Zoho One. Requires the Organization ID and User ID, along with all the information to be updated.
Create user
Create an account for a new user in Zoho One. Requires the Organization ID of the organization in which the user is to be created, along with all the user's personal details entered during account creation.
Add user to group
Add a user to a group in Zoho One. Requires the Organization ID, User ID, Group ID of the group, and the role (Member/Moderator/Follower) the user should have in the group.
Fetch user
Retrieve the personal details of existing users in Zoho One. Requires the Organization ID and User ID or email address of the user.
Deactivate user
Deactivate a user from Zoho One. Requires the Organization ID and User ID of the user.

Note:
If you do not have any free licenses in Zoho One, the Activate user and Create user actions will not work. Purchase the required licenses and try executing the flow again. Learn more about adding Zoho One licenses.
