How it works
Click Test & Debug in the builder.
Select a test data source, such as:
Sample data from the trigger app
Recent test data
Recent executions
Run the test to execute the flow using the selected data.
Review the input and output of each step to confirm the flow is working as expected.
When to use it
After creating a new flow
When modifying triggers or actions
To troubleshoot errors before enabling the flow

Tip: Testing with sample data from the trigger app closely simulates a real event and helps validate the entire workflow.
Open the Map to see a mini overview of the entire flow. This helps you quickly navigate to different sections in large or complex flows.
Restore the zoom level to the default view.
Automatically adjust the view so the entire flow fits within the builder window. This is useful when working with large flows or after rearranging steps.
Reduce the zoom level to view a larger portion of the flow on the builder.
Available options:
Go to Trigger – Navigate to the start of the flow
Zoom In / Zoom Out – Adjust the flow view
Reset Zoom – Restore the default zoom level
Fit to Screen – Display the entire flow on the screen
Auto Arrange – Organize steps automatically
Search – Locate steps or apps quickly
Duplicate a step to reuse the same configuration and quickly create similar actions without setting them up again.

Automatically organize the layout starting from the selected step to keep your flow visually clear and structured.
Add a note to explain the purpose of the step, making it easier for you and your team to understand the flow later. If a note has already been added, this option will appear as Edit Note.
