How to get started with Zoho Flow

Get started with Zoho Flow to take the first step towards automating your routine tasks through workflows. Sign in with your Zoho account or sign up for Zoho.

Sign up for free

If you do not have a Zoho account, create one using your email address. You'll be able to access the entire suite of Zoho apps using this single account. To sign up:

  1. Click here to sign up for Zoho Flow.
  2. Enter the required details and click Sign Up Now.
  3. A verification email will be sent to your email address. Open your email and click the link provided to confirm your email address.
  4. Alternatively, you can access Zoho Flow with your Google or LinkedIn account. This option is available below Sign Up Now.
  5. After signing up, fill in your organization details and click Create.

Note: If you have been invited to join an organization in Zoho Flow, you will not be able to edit organization details unless you have the admin role. To join a Zoho Flow organization, click Accept Invite in the invitation mail and then sign up or sign in.


Sign in

  1. Once you have created your Zoho account, use the same details to sign in. Go to Zoho Flow, enter your registered email address/phone and password and click Sign In.
  2. If you forget your password, click the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions.
  3. To avoid entering details each time you sign in, check the box next to Keep me signed in.
