The Billing & Usage page gives you a full picture of your current plan, how much you've consumed, and the add-ons available to extend your limits. You can access this page from Settings > Billing & Usage.
This section shows a snapshot of your active plan and consumption for the current billing cycle.
Plan: The name of your current subscription tier (e.g., Standard). To change your plan, click Manage Plan in the top-right corner of the page.
Next renewal date: The date your plan renews and your usage counters reset.
Flows: The total number of flows your plan allows, and how many are currently live. A flow counts as live once it is turned on, regardless of whether it has run in the current cycle.
Tasks: The total number of tasks included in your plan for the current billing cycle, and how many have been used. A task is counted each time a flow executes a step.
If you see a number like 100,000 + 5,000 overage tasks, it means your base task(100,000) limit was reached and your flows continued running using overage tasks(5,000). Base and overage are shown together but billed separately.
Overage tasks are additional tasks that let your flows keep running after your monthly base limit is exhausted. They are tracked and priced separately from your base task count.
Tracks your monthly task usage against your current task limit.
The progress bar shows tasks consumed out of your total allowed tasks for the cycle. If you are consistently approaching or hitting your limit, you can increase it by clicking Modify task limit.
When your monthly task limit is reached, your flows are switched off and will resume automatically at the start of your next billing cycle. To keep them running without interruption, you can enable task overage, upgrade your plan, or buy an add-on.
Note:Lets your flows keep running even after your monthly task limit is reached. Overage tasks are consumed from your daily overage limit and billed at the end of your billing cycle.
The toggle in the top-right corner of this card lets you enable or disable task overage for your organization.
The progress bar shows overage tasks consumed out of your daily overage limit. This counter resets every day.
If no cap is set, your flows can consume up to the plan maximum each day.
Overage tasks are billed at the end of your billing cycle, separately from your base task charges.
Points to note:Example - reducing your overage limit mid-cycle
If you reduce your task limit mid-cycle, the new limit will apply immediately. However, if the new limit is less than or equal to the current day's consumption, it will take effect from the next day. Any flow executions that exceed the limit on that day will fail.
Tracks your Zia credit usage for the current billing cycle.
The progress bar shows credits consumed out of your total included credits. If you need more, click Buy Zia credits to purchase additional credits.
Things to know:
Zia credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
Purchased credits are available immediately after the transaction is confirmed.
Credits are consumed per AI step execution, not per flow run.
To upgrade, downgrade, or view detailed billing history, click Manage Plan. Changes to your plan take effect at the start of your next billing cycle unless you are upgrading, in which case the new limits apply immediately.
Overage tasks are priced at 1.25 times the cost of a regular task.
