Email Templates define how Zoho Flow parses incoming emails and extracts data for email-triggered flows. When you set up an email trigger, you configure a template that tells Zoho Flow how to parse the incoming email and extract data as variables.

Each template is tied to a unique email address. When a similarly formatted email arrives at that address, Zoho Flow parses it based on the template and triggers the flow.

You can manage your email templates from Settings > Email Templates.

Common use cases include parsing invoices, cab receipts, payslips, and order confirmation emails.
