Account Usage

As the Admin or Super Admin of your Zoho Forms organization, you can view your account usage details to keep track of the number of forms created, entries received, and the storage space used in your Zoho Forms account. 

To view and manage your Zoho forms accounts usage:

  1. Log in to Zoho Forms as Admin or Super Admin.
  2. In the top-right corner, click on the profile picture and click View Usage

  3. Under Account Usage, you can find the following plan details and usage statistics:

  1. Plan name : Specifies the current plan.
  2. Paid : Specifies the last paid date.
  3. Next Payment Date : Specifies the next renewal date for the plan.
  4. Forms : Specifies the number of forms used and the maximum limit.
  5. Submissions : Specifies the number of form submissions made, number of form submissions available, and the maximum limit.
  6. File Storage : Specifies file storage used, amount of storage available, and the maximum limit.
  7. PDF Usage : Specifies the number of PDFs used and the maximum limit.
  8. Prefill Search Usage : Specifies the maximum limit, the number of search requests made using Prefill Fields, and the number of search requests available. 
  9. Zoho Flow - Task Usage : Specifies the maximum limit, the number of submissions made using Zoho Flow integration, and the number of submissions available.
  10. AI Credits Usage : Specifies the number of AI Credits used, the credits available, and the maximum limit.
