Export Form Audit data
If you are the Super Admin of your Zoho Forms organization, you can choose to export the audit data for the forms and download the exported audit data of the selected forms as a zip file.
To do this,
- Log in to Zoho Forms as the Super Admin.
- In the top-right corner, click the
icon to access the Control Panel.
- Click Export Form Audit Data under Data Administration.
- Click Export Now.
- In the pop-up, select if you wish to see the list of forms created by you or the forms created by your org users.
- Select the form for which you wish to export the audit data from the list of forms.

If you have chosen to view the list of forms created by your org users, select the user whose forms' audit data you wish to export, and then select the form for which you wish to export the audit data.
Note:
- Audit data will be available for export only for forms modified in the last 90 days.
- Audit data can be exported for upto 10 forms. - Click Export.
- You will receive an email notification and an in-app notification when the audit data is available for download.
- To download the exported form audit data, hover over the name and click the download icon. The audit data will be downloaded as a zip file.
- To delete the exported data, click the delete icon.
Note:
- You can export the form audit data for only one user in your Zoho Forms organization at a time. If you wish to download the audit data of the forms created by a different user, you must delete the previously exported audit data and take a fresh export for the required user.
- This feature is available only in our paid plans.
