Importing Microsoft 365 Users
If your organization uses Microsoft 365 for work, you can import the users in your Microsoft 365 account to your Zoho Forms account directly.
You can import users either from your Microsoft 365 account or from your Zoho Forms account.- Log in to your Microsoft 365 account and click the apps icon in the top-left corner.
- Click All Apps and search for Zoho Forms. Click Add.
- Zoho Forms will be added to your list of apps. In the Setup Organization page, you can enter your organizational data.
- Once you are directed to your Zoho Forms account, go to the Users tab and click Add User in the top-right corner.
- Under Microsoft 365 Users, select the users that you wish to add to your Zoho Forms organization and click Add.
- Click the Microsoft 365 icon under the Zoho Forms sign-up form.
- Log in with your Microsoft credentials.
- Once you are logged in to your Zoho Forms account, navigate to the Users tab and click Add User in the top-right corner.
- Under Microsoft 365 Users, select the users that you wish to import to your Zoho Forms organization and click Add.
