Revoke Access Token | Zoho Forms - User Guide

Revoke Access Token

Access tokens are used to link third-party apps like Dropbox or Microsoft OneDrive with your Zoho Forms account. At any point, if you wish to unlink your Zoho Forms account from these third-party apps, you can remove the access tokens given by these apps under the Access Token menu in the Zoho Forms Control Panel.

You can revoke access tokens given by the following third party apps:
  1. Google Sheets
  2. Google Drive
  3. Google Calendar
  4. Outlook Calendar
  5. Dropbox
  6. OneDrive
  7. Box
  8. Razorpay
  9. Square

To do so,

  1. On the forms listing page, in the left pane under Setup, click Control Panel.
    Navigate to Control Panel
  2. Click Access Tokens under Developer Space.
    Click Access Tokens

  3. You can view the list of third-party apps linked with your Zoho Forms account here.
  4. Hover over a connected app and click the Delete icon to remove the access token and revoke access to that app.
    Click Delete

  5. If you have any forms associated with the apps that you wish to revoke access to, the list of the forms will be listed in a pop-up.
    Delete Access Token
Notes
If you want to revoke the access token given by a third-party app integrated with any form(s) in your Zoho Forms account, you must remove the configured integration from the connected form(s).
Info
You can associate your forms only with one account of Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Dropbox, OneDrive, and Box. You can associate your forms to a maximum of 3 different Razorpay accounts.
