Scheduled Reports

You can manage your account's scheduled reports consisting of form entries/ reports (or organization's scheduled emails if you are the Super Admin) in the Control Panel.

To do this,
  1. On the forms listing page, in the left pane under Setup, click Control Panel.
    Navigate to Control Panel

  2. Click Scheduled Reports under Data Administration

    Here, you can view the list of all the daily/weekly Scheduled Reports.

  3. You can enable/disable a Schedule Report using the toggle. You can filter out and view the active schedules and disabled schedules separately using the Filter icon in the top-right corner.
  4. To delete a scheduled report with the configured email setup permanently, click the Delete icon.

Notes
Note:
  1. Only the Super Admin can view the schedules configured by All Users.The other users in the organization will be able to view only the schedules configured by them.
  2. The Super Admin can only disable/enable the scheduled reports of other users and cannot delete them.
