Note: The Welcome Page is supported in Standard Forms and Card Forms.

Configuring the Welcome Page

1. Open your form in the Builder.

2. In the left pane of your Form Builder, under Form Fields scroll to Advanced Elements and select Welcome Page. The Welcome Page Settings panel opens.

3. Under Welcome Page Settings, in the text editor, edit the heading and description as needed. By default, it is pre-populated with the form name as the heading and a generic welcome message. You can customize them to suit your form.

4. Click on Upload Image / Embed Video to add a banner image or video to the Welcome Page.

5. Click Save in the Welcome Page Settings panel to apply your changes.

Once the Welcome Page is saved, the Builder canvas is divided into two tabs: Welcome Page (the introductory screen respondents see first) and Form Fields (where the main questions and fields are placed). Switch between the tabs to edit each section.

6. Optionally, add fields to the Welcome Page to collect preliminary information. Drag the desired fields from the fields panel on the left and drop it into the Welcome Page section on the canvas.

Note:

1. Fields added to the Welcome Page are separate from your form’s main fields and cannot be used in Conditional Rules. Only fields in the Form Fields section are available for rule configuration.
2. To remove a Welcome Page, delete all fields added to it first, then remove the Welcome Page.
