A day will be unavailable for booking in the following cases:
Even without a daily limit, a day will appear unavailable in the following scenarios:
- The day has been disabled under Allowed Days of Week.
- There are no future time slots within the configured time range.
- All time slots for that day are fully booked.
- Even if past time slots are still open, if all future time slots are booked, the day will be considered unavailable because no remaining actionable time exists.
With Daily Limit
When a daily limit is active, the system checks both the total day capacity and individual time slots. A day becomes unavailable if:
- The day has been disabled under Allowed Days of Week.
- There are no future time slots within the configured time range.
- All time slots for that day are fully booked.
- Even if past time slots are still open, if all future time slots are booked, the day will be considered unavailable because no remaining actionable time exists.
- The daily limit has been reached, even if time slot availability remains.
- No available time slots remain, even if the daily limit has not been reached.
