Will reCAPTCHA or Zoho Forms CAPTCHA work if the form is embedded using the downloaded HTML/CSS code?
The CAPTCHA options are not supported when you use the downloaded form's HTML/CSS code to embed it on your website. You will have to write the script with the help of your web developer for the CAPTCHA options to work.
Will reCAPTCHA v2 work if the form is embedded using the iframe or JavaScript embed codes?
Yes, reCAPTCHA v2 is supported in both iframe and JavaScript.
Why is the "reCAPTCHA validation failed" error shown while submitting the form?
Check if you have entered the correct Secret key while configuring the API key pair in Settings. If so, you must have failed the reCAPTCHA spam validation, or there could be an issue on Google's end.
Why is the "Error for site owner: Invalid site key" error shown while loading the form?
Enter the correct site key while configuring the API key pair in Settings.
When using Google reCAPTCHA in my form, why is the "Error for site owner: Invalid domain for site key" error shown while loading the form?
This error occurs when the form domain for the configured reCAPTCHA key pair is not enabled. Refer to the steps to enable it.
