Why can't I see any conversions if my form is redirected to a custom Thank You page upon submission?

You must add the Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics tracking code on your custom Thank You page, so that each time a form is submitted and redirected to the custom Thank You page, a Page View or an Event is recorded in Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics based on the tracking script you have added in your Thank You page. Then, configure your custom conversions.
