Use a Deluge script in Zoho CRM to call the Create Digest Code API for the record. The API returns a digest code, which is appended to the form link as ?zfcrm_entity={digest_code}. The resulting link opens the form with the mapped fields filled in from the CRM record, and it can be shared through any channel, such as WhatsApp or SMS.

To use this, the form must have a Zoho CRM field with the fields mapped, and Pre-population of Data must be enabled in Zoho CRM under Setup > Marketplace > Zoho > Zoho Forms. Learn more
