Configuring Date Format in Zoho Forms:
- In the form builder, navigate to Settings > Date & Time > Date Format.
- Choose a format that matches the format you intend to use in Zoho Sheet.

- In the spreadsheet, go to File > Spreadsheet Settings > Locale >Date Format
- Choose the same data format selected in Zoho Forms.
For example, if you have chosen the Date Format as dd-MMM-yyyy in Zoho Forms, then choose DMY as your Date Format in Zoho Sheet to prevent data mismatch.
