Why was the SMTP server automatically disabled?

The SMTP server is automatically disabled when email delivery fails multiple times. If the server fails to send an email three times and encounters another failure within a 24-hour period, Zoho Forms disables the SMTP configuration to prevent further issues.

When this happens, a notification email explaining the reason is sent to the Super Admin.
