How do I renew my subscription?

Your credit card will be automatically charged on the next renewal date unless explicitly informed by you. In case of cancellation due to any sort of payment failure:

  • Login to https://forms.zoho.com/ with your registered email address.
  • Click the Subscription link in the top-right corner.
  • ​You will be redirected to the payment page. In the payment page, click Upgrade under your desired plan to upgrade your Zoho Forms subscription.
