How can I connect Zoho Forms to a different WhatsApp Business account after the first number was banned?
If your initial WhatsApp number has been banned,
- Log in to Meta Business Manager.
- Navigate to Business Settings > Accounts > WhatsApp Accounts.
Use the same banned phone number
If you want to use the same number that was banned with the existing WhatsApp Business account,
- Check the ban reason provided by Meta in your Meta Business Manager account.
- Contact Meta Support to address the issue and seek resolution.
Zoho Forms does not have control over the reason for the ban or its resolution.Use a different phone number
If you prefer to use a different phone number with the existing WhatsApp Business account, follow Meta’s instructions to add a new phone number to the existing WhatsApp Business account from this Meta Help Document.
