Why am I being asked to create a new WhatsApp Business Account when I already have one?
Meta’s policy does not allow a WhatsApp Business Account to be associated with multiple BSPs at the same time.
If your WhatsApp Business Account is linked to another Business Solution Provider (BSP), it cannot be connected with Zoho.
This is because once a WhatsApp Business Account is connected to a BSP, Meta assigns a payment method (credit line) to it. This credit line cannot be changed or transferred to another BSP. If your existing WhatsApp Business Account already has a credit line linked to a different BSP, you must create a new WhatsApp Business Account to integrate with Zoho.
