If you are using different plans for Zoho Forms and other Zoho services or apps, WhatsApp integration must be configured separately. This is because the IM (Instant Messaging) add-ons you purchase may vary across different Zoho services. To ensure accurate calculation and management of these add-ons, each Zoho service requires its own WhatsApp integration.
Exception
If you’re using a bundle that includes Zoho Forms—such as Zoho One, you do not need to configure WhatsApp integration separately. The integration will automatically apply across all services included in the bundle.
