Rating
The Rating field enables the inclusion of diverse rating types.
You can choose the Rating Type as either Symbols or Numbers to allow users to rate your product or service. This allows you to utilize a range of predefined visual icons or numerical values for ratings.
- Symbols: Choosing this option lets you use visual icons like stars, hearts, etc., for ratings.
- Numbers: Opting for this will present numerical values (e.g., 1-5, 1-19) for users to choose from when rating your product or service.
You can choose the count of symbols or numbers presented to users for rating, defining the scale of your rating. For example, a star symbol with count defined as 5 allows users to choose from 1 to 5 stars to indicate their satisfaction level with your service.
Validation
Mandatory: Ensure that respondents cannot submit the form without providing the rating.
