Deleting Form Entries
Once deleted, entries will be permanently lost and cannot be retrieved later. So consider backing up your data before proceeding with permanent deletion.
You can move the form entries to Trash, restore them from the trashed entries, or permanently delete the entries.
List View
Trash Entries
To move the form entries to Trash,
- Go to the All Entries section of the form.
- Select the entries that you wish to trash from the list of entries and click Trash.
Note: The trashed entries will get permanently deleted after 5 days.
Restore Entries
To restore the trashed form entries,
- Go to the All Entries section of the form.
- Select the Trashed Entries option from the All Entries filter on the left.
- Select the entries that you wish to restore from the list of Trashed Entries and click Restore.
Permanently Delete Entries
To delete the form entries permanently,
- Go to the All Entries section of the form.
- Select the Trashed Entries option from the Filter in the top-right corner.
- Select the entries that you wish to delete permanently from the list of Trashed Entries and click Delete.
Note:
- Saved, Pending, and Opted out entries cannot be moved to Trash. They can only be permanently deleted.
- The options to Trash and Restore form entries are available only in our paid plans. Entries will be deleted permanently in the Free plan.

Kanban View
Trash Entries
To move a from entry to the Trash,
- Go to the All Entries section of the form.
- Select the entry that you wish to trash from the list of entries and click Trash.
Note: The trashed entries will be permanently deleted after 5 days.Restore Entries
To restore a trashed form entry,
- Go to the All Entries section of the form.
- Select the Trashed Entries option from the All Entries dropdown as shown.
- Select the entry that you wish to restore from the list of Trashed Entries and click Restore.
Permanently Delete Entries
To delete the entry permanently from Trash,
- Go to the All Entries section of the form.
- Select the Trashed Entries option from the All Entries dropdown.
- Select the entry that you wish to delete permanently from the list of Trashed Entries and click Delete.
Note:
- Unlike List view deleting multiple entries is not feasible in Kanban view, as it doesnot does not support multi-select option.
- Saved, Pending, and Opted Out entries cannot be moved to Trash. They can only be permanently deleted.
- The options to Trash and Restore form entries are available only in our paid plans. Entries will be deleted permanently in the Free plan.
Deleting All Entries
To bulk delete all the entries in your form,
- Go to the All Entries section of the form and click the More icon.
- Select Delete All Entries.
- A pop-up will display the count of all entries scheduled for deletion (saved, submitted, trashed, unconfirmed, opted out). To proceed with permanent deletion, check the acceptance box.
- Complete the CAPTCHA to confirm the permanent deletion of all entries.
Note:
- Only the form owner can delete all form entries.
- Once deleted, entries will be lost permanently and cannot be retrieved later. Consider backing up your data before proceeding with permanent deletion.
