Printing Form Entries

List View

You can print form entries either as a list or a summary.

Print as summary

If you wish to print individual summaries of all entries,

In the All Entries section of your form, select the desired entries and then click the Print icon.
Select Summary.
Select the Include comments option if you wish the comments to be included in the printed data.
You can choose to print each entry in a new page by selecting the Start entry on new page option. For example, if the first entry requires three pages, the next entry will begin on the fourth page.

Note: If your form contains encrypted fields, you can choose to mask/unmask them while printing entries.
Click Done.

Print as List

If you wish to print the entries as a table,

In the All Entries section of your form, select the desired entries and then click the Print icon.
Select List.
Click Done.

Note: If your form contains encrypted fields, you can choose to mask/unmask them while printing entries.

Kanban View

In the All Entries section of your form, select the entry you wish to print.
In the Record Summary popup of the selected entry, click the Print icon.
Select Print with comments option if you wish the comments to be included in the printed data.

Note: Printing multiple entries is not feasible in Kanban view as it does not support multi-select option.
