List View
You can print report entries either as a list or a summary.
Print as Summary
To print individual summaries of report entries,

In the
Report of your form, select the desired entries and then click the
Print icon.

- Select Summary.

Select the Include comments option if you wish the comments to be included in the printed data.
You can choose to print each entry in a new page by selecting the
Start entry in new page option
. For example, if the first entry requires three pages, the next entry will begin on the fourth page.
Note: If your form contains encrypted fields, you can choose to mask/unmask them while printing entries.
- Click Done.
Print as List
If you wish to print the entries as a table,
- In the Report of your form, select the desired entries and then click the Print icon.
- Select List.
- Click Done.
