Configuring Custom Form Link Name 

1. Select the form for which you want to customize the permalink name.
   
2. Navigate to Settings > Branding > Custom Form Link Name.
   
3. Your current form permalink will be displayed under Default Form Permalink with the form name highlighted.
   
   
   
4. Click Create Custom Form Link Name.
5. In the pop-up, enter your desired form name.
   

   

   

   Note: 
   

   1. The custom form name cannot contain any special characters

   2. The custom name cannot be identical to the original form name or any other custom link name in your organization.
6. Click Create. You'll find the form link with custom form name which you use for sharing, embedding etc,.
   
   
   
   

   Note:
   

   1. Once created, the Custom Form Link will be displayed instead of the Default Form Permalink across all form access points, including email templates, Edit Response URLs, Save and Resume URLs, etc. The private link will also use the custom form name in its link.
   

   2. Your original form link remains active. Respondents using the old URL will still land on the same form without any interruption.
   3. If you use third-party tracking like Facebook Pixel, ensure you update your tracking configuration with the Custom Form Link to maintain accurate data tracking.

Sharing with a Custom Form Link

Once you have configured a Custom Form Link, you can choose which URL to distribute within the Share tab.

To switch between links:

1. Navigate to the Share tab in your form.
2. Under the Form Permalink section, click the Link icon located on the right.
3. Select either the Default Permalink (the original system-generated URL) or the Custom Link from the dropdown menu.
   
   
   

While Custom Link is ideal for marketing and social media where a clean, branded look is essential, the Default Permalink serves as a reliable fallback link that never changes, regardless of how many times you update the custom name.

Deleting a Custom Form Link 

To delete the Custom Form Link,

1. Navigate to Settings> Branding> Custom Form Link Name, click the delete icon in the right corner of the custom link.
   
2. In the deletion pop-up, enter the required CAPTCHA and click Delete.
