DKIM & SMTP

SMTP

To resolve any email delivery issues, Zoho Forms gives you the option to use your own SMTP server to send emails faster and more reliably.

Once the required servers are created, they can be used by the org users in the desired forms to send email notifications. To do this,
  1. In your form builder, navigate to Settings > General > SMTP.
  2. Choose Enable under Custom SMTP
  3. You can then select the required server from the list of SMTP Server Names.

Notes
Note:
1. Only if your email address contains an authenticated domain name, emails will be sent using that domain. If not, emails will be sent using the default domain from Zoho Forms.
2. If DKIM is verified under control panel and the sender's email domain is the verified domain, then emails are automatically signed using that domain by default.
3
If SMTP email delivery encounters an issue, the form emails will be automatically routed through the default server.
