How to build an engaging form?
Online forms, whether they are sign up forms, feedback forms, or contact us forms, can become the face of your company at some point and filling out forms is something that most people dislike. So it is essential that you make your forms more engaging and interactive in order to gain customer attention, generate leads, and boost conversions.
If capturing your customers' attention is one thing; keeping their attention until the last question on your form is quite another. This means you've got to design your forms in such a way that your respondents don't get bored with your obvious questions and abandon your form mid-way.
Here are some tips that can help you build your perfect engaging form.
Ask yourself
Try to ask yourself these questions before you begin building your form.
- Are you designing the form with the intention of embedding it on your website and generating leads?

Instead of simply presenting fields as Name, Phone, and Email on your form, asking questions will genuinely engage your customers, giving them the impression that their responses matter to your business and eliciting more appropriate responses. However, in the process of making it engaging, avoid making the questions ambiguous and complex.
