Workload is a third-party service that enables you to connect multiple cloud applications and automate your business processes by seamlessly moving data between apps. You can use workload to create multiple-app workflows. For example, you can integrate Zoho Forms and Things using Workload. If a selected trigger happens in Zoho Forms, then the selected action is triggered in Things.
To do this,
- Authenticate both your Zoho Forms and the other app accounts.
- Go to your workload account and click Create Workflows from the left menu.
- Give a name to your Workflow for easy reference.
- Click to add a trigger and select Zoho Forms to start the workflow when something happens.
- Choose an action to be performed in any other app when triggered.
- Map the fields to pass data from Zoho Forms to the other app.
- Enable the On/Off toggle in the top-right corner to activate the workflow.
