Zoho Flow Integrations

Integrate your forms using Zoho Flow, and the information you collect will always reach the right apps. With this integration, you can connect your forms to different applications and trigger different actions each time a form is submitted.

Setting Up Zoho Forms - Microsoft Excel Integration through Zoho Flow

To connect Zoho Forms and Microsoft Excel, you can use integrations with automation services to push the user data from Zoho Forms to Microsoft Excel spreadsheets online. Zoho Flow is one such automation service through which this workflow can be set effortlessly.
 
In your form builder,
  1. Navigate to the Integrations tab > Developer & Automation> Automation Services from the list of Integrations.
  2. Under Available Services, hover over Zoho Flow and click Connect option as shown.

  3. Scroll down and click Create one yourself.

  4. Go to the My Flows tab and click CREATE FLOW to set up the workflow.

  5.   Enter the Name and Description of the Flow as required. Click CREATE to continue.

  6. Since we want the flow to be triggered when an event occurs in the app, click Configure in the App section.

  7. Search for Zoho Forms and select it from the list of App triggers. Click Next to proceed.

  8. You can choose either the New version or Old version according to your preference. Click Next to continue. 



  9. Click Connect to create a new connection.
  10. Enter the name of the Connection and choose if you want to use this connection to execute all triggers and actions or only specific triggers and actions.  
  11. Click AUTHORIZE to continue.

  12. In the pop-up, click Accept to authorize Zoho Flow to access data in your Zoho account.

  13. Choose the form you wish to integrate with Microsoft Excel using Zoho Flow.

  14. Search for Excel and select it from the list of Apps. Drag and drop Add row from the excel actions. 
  15. Click the Edit icon in the Add row box to proceed.

  16. Click Connect to create an excel connection which authorizes Zoho Flow to exchange data with Excel.

  17. Enter the Name of the Connection and choose if you want to use this connection to execute all triggers and actions or only specific triggers and actions. Click Authorize to continue.

  18. Log in with your Microsoft Account.
  19. You can then choose the appropriate storage section (Workbook and Worksheet) for the pushed form entries to be stored. 



  20. Map the form fields with the respective column names in the excel sheet from the INSERT VARIABLE list. Click Done to continue.

  21. Switch ON the flow to save the set up.
