With this integration, you can automatically post a message in the selected Zoho Cliq channel whenever a new form entry is received.
How Zoho Forms - Zoho Cliq Integration works?

Integration Setup
To integrate your form with Zoho Cliq,

In your form builder, navigate to
Integrations, and click
Zoho Cliq under Collaboration & HR from the left menu.

Click
Integrate.

This integration requires you to install the Zoho Forms extension in Zoho Cliq and subscribe to the
Zoho Forms
Bot if you wish to receive real-time notifications/alerts when respondents submit form responses.

If you are the
Admin
of your Zoho Cliq org, click
Install and Subscribe.

If you are a
user
of the Zoho Cliq org, you will have to request your Zoho Cliq org Admin for the installation of the Zoho Forms extension in Zoho Cliq for you to subscribe to the Zoho Forms bot. To request, click
Request Installation.

The admin will receive a notification of the request in Zoho Cliq with a link to install the extension for the entire organization. Once the extension is installed by the admin, click
Subscribe. You can also subscribe to the bot from Zoho Cliq > Bots & Tools.

- Channel Name:
Once the extension is installed and you have subscribed to the Zoho Forms bot, select a Zoho Cliq channel from the list in which you wish to receive notifications when a new record is added to the form. - Message Type:

If you select the
Message Type
to be
Text, enter the message to be received in the selected channel. You can merge form responses with this message using the merge icon.

If you select the
Message Type
to be
Card, give a Card Title to be displayed on the top of the message. You can optionally provide the Icon and Thumbnail URLs.

Click
Integrate.
You can view the status of the Zoho Cliq notification of a form entry submitted in the
All Entries
section of your form under the
Zoho Cliq Status
column. You can apply a custom search filter over the entries to filter out successful, failed and pending bot notifications.
If you wish to stop receiving bot notifications from a channel at any point of time, click
Remove Integration.
Set Alert on Integration Failure
Once your integration settings are saved, you can choose to receive an email alert if the integration fails.
To do so,

Click Set Alert in the top-right corner.

Configure the email alert template and click Save.

To stop receiving email alerts on integration failure, click Remove Alert.
Note:

The option to set an email alert on integration failure is available only in our paid plans.

You can send email alerts to a maximum of 5 users within your organization.
-
An email alert will be triggered only on the first occurrence of integration failure every 24 hours.
