Zoho Marketing Automation
Zoho Marketing Automation is a marketing automation software that helps you in effectively managing your marketing activities across multiple channels. You can convert your form submissions to capture leads and add them to your mailing list automatically with the Zoho Forms - Zoho Marketing Automation integration.
- Before leads are added to a mailing list in Zoho Marketing Automation, respondents will receive an email to confirm or deny their submission once they submit a form entry. Only after they confirm, their contact be added to the mailing list.
- Upon the respondent's confirmation and successful addition to the contact list, subsequent form submissions with the same email address will not trigger a confirmation email. Instead, the contact already present in Zoho Marketing Automation will be updated with the newly submitted details.
Integration Setup
To integrate your form with Zoho Marketing Automation,
- Navigate to the Integrations tab under Marketing select Zoho Marketing Automation.
- Click Integrate.
- Select the required Portal and the Contact List to which you want to push the contacts/leads you collect from your form submissions. If you have not created any Zoho Marketing Automation contact lists yet, you will be prompted to create one.
- Map the Zoho Marketing Automation fields with the corresponding Zoho Forms fields.
- Click Integrate to save your settings.
- To remove this integration, click Remove Integration.
